White cabbage 500 g
Water 500 ml
Wheat flour 200 g
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Eggs 3 pc
Salt 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1 g

How to fry cabbage pancakes with cabbage? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take large eggs.

Wash and dry the cabbage. Clean the forks from the top dry and dirty leaves and cut a piece of the desired size from it. If you get a stalk, remove it too. You should get 500 g of net weight. Coarsely chop the cabbage with a knife.

Transfer the cabbage to a blender.

Chop the cabbage as finely as possible.

Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste to the chopped cabbage. Add your other favorite spices if desired.

Heat the frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the cabbage dough into the frying pan with a ladle and spread it over the bottom of the frying pan. Fry the pancake on one side under the lid for about 2 minutes over low heat until it browns. Then turn the pancake over to the other side and fry again under the lid for about 1 minute. The time may be slightly different as it will depend on the pan and the thickness of the pancake.
