Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make liver pancakes with melted cheese? Wash the liver, place it in a blender bowl and grind. I did it in several steps. Pour the minced meat into a deep bowl. Add eggs, sifted flour and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. Then add salt, pepper and dilute the mixture with milk and mix again. The dough should not be very thick, like traditional pancakes.

Step 2

Step 2
Grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it for a couple of minutes. Pour a small portion of the dough into a ladle and spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan in a thin layer, forming a pancake. Bake the pancake on both sides over high heat until done. Grease the pan with oil just before the first pancake. We use all the dough.

Step 3

Step 3
For the filling, place the melted cheese in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Then take it out and grate it on a coarse grater into a bowl. Add chopped garlic to the cheese and season everything with mayonnaise. The cheese filling for the liver pancakes is ready.

Step 4

Step 4
Spread a thin layer of cheese filling onto the slightly cooled pancake.

Step 5

Step 5
Roll the pancake into a roll. There we fill and roll all the pancakes, after which we put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve the liver pancakes to the table and enjoy their taste. Now you know how to fry liver pancakes with filling. Bon appetit!
