Julia Child's Delicious French Pancakes

Awesome pancakes — you will love them from the very first minute!!! Ever since the book “Voila! Culinary Wisdom from Julia Child” fell into my hands, I became more interested in French cuisine, and I prepared these pancakes according to her recipe, they turned out right away, and there was no “pancake lumpy”))) Since then, I’ve been preparing them this way only and I want to share this recipe with you. The pancakes turn out very thin and elastic, and of course, delicious!
