Delicate pancakes with cocoa aroma, without eggs or milk. There was no milk, and there were other plans for eggs, but I wanted pancakes — so this was the recipe.

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt (Pinch) to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water (hot) 1 cup
Corn starch 0.5 tbsp
Cocoa (With a slide) 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Soda 0.4 tsp
Whole wheat flour 5 tbsp

Mix sugar with cocoa and a pinch of salt so that there are no lumps of cocoa.

Pour hot water and stir.

Add starch.

Gradually add flour.

Add soda and stir well, a lot of bubbles will immediately appear.

Add oil.

Bake in a well-oiled, well-heated frying pan. Make thick pancakes small, as they are very delicate, and flip carefully. They bake almost instantly.
