Fluffy Sour Milk Pancakes

If the milk has turned sour, don’t rush to throw it away — bake some pancakes. Sour milk can be replaced with yogurt. It is more viscous, so the pancakes will turn out fluffier and softer. The pancakes turn out very beautiful — crispy, with many small holes.
