Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt (no slide) 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Water (boiling water) 1.5 cup
Milk 1.5 cup
Eggs 3 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make lace pancakes with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I took eggs 1, milk 3.2% fat, premium flour. Sift the flour first — this will not only remove any possible debris, but will also make your baking more successful.

Step 2

Step 2
Gently break the eggs into a bowl, add salt. Beat them into foam. You can use a mixer or do it by hand with a whisk.

Step 3

Step 3
Continuing to whisk, pour in a thin stream of boiling water. This will prevent the eggs from boiling. The mass will greatly increase in volume, as it should be.

Step 4

Step 4
Continuing to beat, add flour and mix everything thoroughly. Pour in the milk (I didn’t heat the milk, straight from the refrigerator) and odorless butter. Mix everything well. The consistency of the dough should be quite liquid (see photo). If necessary, add a little flour or milk (depending on the resulting thickness of the dough).

Step 5

Step 5
Heat a frying pan (preferably with a thick bottom and non-stick coating) very well. Lubricate it with oil. Pour the dough into a hot frying pan and quickly spread over the entire area. Fry pancakes over medium heat. Later, when frying pancakes, I no longer greased the pan with oil. When the pancake is fried on one side, carefully flip it over to the other side with a spatula and also fry until golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Grease the finished pancakes with butter and serve. The pancakes are not sweet, so you can use sour cream, honey, caviar, and lightly salted fish as an addition. Bon appetit!
