Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake red fish in sour cream in the oven? Prepare all the products listed on the list. The fish can be taken either fresh or frozen. If you have fish from the freezer, remove it in advance and leave it at room temperature until completely thawed. You can cook both steaks and fillets. I had two large steaks, I cut them into two parts along the ridge.

Step 2

Step 2
Remove scales from salmon and rinse under running water. Then dry each piece thoroughly with paper towels. Lightly salt and pepper the fish.

Step 3

Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Place the sour cream in a deep small container. Squeeze half a small lemon. Rinse the dill and chop finely. Add greens to sour cream. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Step 4
Coat each piece of fish with sour cream sauce. Grease a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. You can line the pan with baking paper. Place red fish in one layer.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut into thin slices. Place the tomatoes on the fish as in the photo.

Step 6

Step 6
Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top. The amounts of cheese can be increased or decreased to suit your taste.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake on the top-bottom setting until done. At what temperature and for how long should fish be baked? You should focus entirely on the capabilities of your oven. I baked at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. If red fish is baked in the oven for too long, it will become dry and tough.

Step 8

Step 8
Ready! Serve hot red fish in sour cream with fresh vegetables.

Step 9

Step 9
Juicy and incredibly tasty!
