Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 320 g
Water (there must be boiling water) 250 ml
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 500 ml

Pour 500 milliliters of kefir into a bowl. Beat in 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well with a whisk.

Add half a teaspoon of soda to 320 grams of flour, mix... And sift through a fine sieve to the liquid ingredients. Mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

Pour 250 milliliters of boiling water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the dough. Mix and the dough is ready.

We start the stove and select the pancakes program. Pour the dough into a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil and distribute throughout the frying pan. Wait for bubbles and turn over.
