Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 150 g
Water 150 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp

How to make pancakes without milk? Prepare all the necessary products. The amount of sugar can be reduced if you like unsweetened pancakes.

Beat the egg into a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Wash the egg first under running water and soda, as there may be harmful bacteria on its surface.

Add water to the egg, mix well.

Sift the flour through a sieve or using a special handle; this will make the finished pancakes on the water more airy. Pour flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a bowl, mix with a whisk until the dough is smooth. The dough should turn out like pancakes, with the consistency of thick sour cream. You may need less or more flour than indicated.

Add vegetable oil to the dough, mix.

Heat the frying pan. There is no need to grease with oil; pancakes are baked in a dry frying pan. Vegetable oil added to the dough will prevent them from sticking to the pan. Place two tablespoons of dough into the pan and lightly flatten it into a round shape.
