Quickly pour boiling water into the dough in a thin stream and stir. You will get a liquid dough. From this dough I got thick pancakes, to get thinner ones I added about 50 ml of hot water. The consistency of the dough will depend on the kefir you choose.

Pour vegetable oil into the dough and mix. Leave the dough to stand for fifteen to twenty minutes, stir again and you can start frying the pancakes. During this time, the flour will give its stickiness to the dough, all the ingredients will really mix well, and the pancakes will not stick to the pan and tear when frying.
