Step 1

Step 1
How to make potato pancakes with milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes using a vegetable peeler and rinse under running water. Peel the onion with a sharp knife and rinse with cold water to prevent your eyes from watering. Peel the garlic. Cut the peeled onions and potatoes into pieces.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the onion, peeled garlic clove and potatoes in a blender. Add a little milk from the total amount to make it easier to chop. Beat everything well until smooth.

Step 3

Step 3
From the blender, pour the entire resulting mass into the bowl in which you will prepare the pancake dough. Add eggs to the potato mixture. Wash the eggs first, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.

Step 4

Step 5

Step 5
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater directly into the dough. Take any cheese, as long as it is fresh, tasty and without added vegetable fats. Wash the greens in running water, dry, finely chop and add to the dough. You can use any greens you like, I used dill.

Step 6

Step 6
Stir cheese and herbs into dough. The dough for potato pancakes in a frying pan should have a runny consistency. If necessary, add a little more milk or water.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour a little batter into a hot pancake pan, spread it over the pan in a circular motion and fry for 1-3 minutes. over medium heat. Then turn the pancake over with a spatula and fry on the other side until golden brown. Place the finished raw potato pancakes on a plate and cover with a lid. They will steam with each other and will be very soft. Serve finished potato pancakes with sour cream. Bon appetit!
