You can take milk of any fat content. The amount of sugar is based on your taste. If you plan to add sweet berries or fruits to the finished porridge, then you don’t have to add sugar at all. For cooking, you can use large or small flakes. Small ones will boil faster and the porridge will be more homogeneous.
