Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make baby puree for a baby from fruit bananas? Prepare your food. One banana makes one adult serving. For kids, separate the required amount, as part of the banana will be difficult to beat. Take special baby milk for infants or replace it with water. Choose bananas without spots, with a bright yellow skin — they are the ripest and tastiest.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the banana well under water and baking soda, especially if you are going to cook for a child. Peel it and break it into small pieces into a blender glass.

Step 3

Step 3
Blend the banana with an immersion blender until smooth. If you donʼt have a blender, you can first mash the banana with a masher and then rub it through a sieve. I don’t recommend mashing the fruit with a fork — the puree will turn out uneven, with pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
Next, pour the required amount of milk (or water) into the puree. The amount may vary depending on how ripe your banana was. Blend the mixture again with a blender. If you are making dessert for an adult, you can add a little more orange juice.

Step 5

Step 5
Serve the banana puree immediately — the banana quickly changes color in the air (darkens). So prepare the puree just before serving. You can decorate the adult version with fresh berries, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate. Bon appetit!
