Barley for lunch or dinner without much effort! You can feed the whole family with this dish, spending very little time just putting all the ingredients into the slow cooker. And the pearl barley turns out boiled and aromatic.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Water 4 cup
Carrot 2 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Pearl barley 1.5 cup
Stew 400 g

Recipe instructions

Required ingredients. Soak pearl barley overnight in cold water

Three carrots on a coarse grater

Fry in sunflower oil, turning on the “Baking” or “Frying” mode for 10 — 15 minutes

Turn off the mode, pour the cereal into the carrots and lay out the stew

Add salt, mix everything

Pour water to cover all the cereal. Turn on the "Pilaf" mode for 50 minutes
