Simple Buttered Wheat Porridge (No Milk Needed)

Delicious porridge is suitable as a side dish for any dish! And itʼs easy to cook! I really love wheat porridge. It is very healthy, has a low glycemic index, thanks to which it is included in childrenʼs menus and is ideal for dietary nutrition, and is included in the mandatory diet of athletes. It is high in fiber, contains phosphorus, iron and potassium. There are two types of cereals: Poltava (usually called simply Wheat groats) and Artek. Today I prepared Poltava groats. Even a beginner in cooking can prepare this porridge.
