Perfect as a hearty breakfast for the whole day! Guryevskaya porridge constantly improved its recipe. More than one cook has worked on it, but I want to convey to the public one of the particularly popular results of kitchen experiments. It was not without reason that this was the favorite food for our people. And Guryev porridge is generally something unusual for many. The fact is that there are many culinary recipes for its preparation, I offer this one.

Sugar 2 tbsp
Walnuts 50 g
Raisin 20 g
Cream 3 cup
Candied fruit 2 tbsp
Semolina 1 cup

Peel the nuts and scald them. We chop some of them, and sprinkle others with sugar and fry in the oven until a light brown crust forms. Put the cream in the oven. When we see a rosy foam on their surface, remove it and put it back in the oven — and so on five times. Do not bring the foams to a dark brown color, otherwise they will burn. Cut 2-3 foam into strips. Pour sugar and semolina into the remaining cream.

Cook until the porridge thickens, stir it! Mix everything, adding nuts, raisins and chopped foam. Grease a shallow pan with oil, put the porridge, and put the foam on it. And so — three times. Do not cover the top with foam, but with sugar.
