Avocado and Pear Bruschetta Delight

An original restaurant-quality snack. We prepared these bruschettas at a master class at the culinary studio Culinarоn under the guidance of chef Egor Matveev. It turned out so tasty and unusual that when I arrived home, I immediately decided to repeat them. This snack will appeal to all fans of avocado and sun-dried tomatoes. It is better to use classic balsamic sauce without any extraneous flavors. If you donʼt like balsamic, you donʼt have to add it.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Bread 4 g

Filling:

Sun-dried tomatoes 5 pc
Avocado 1 pc
Pears 0.5 pc
Garlic 1 clove
Mint 2 pc
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Pine nuts 1 tbsp

Decoration:

Pears 0.5 pc
Balsamic vinegar to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Dry the bread in a dry frying pan on both sides.

Filling. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the pulp into small cubes. Immediately pour lime juice over the avocado to prevent it from browning.

Also cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Peel half a pear, remove seeds and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the mint and garlic and add to the avocado.

Combine avocado, pear, sun-dried tomatoes, mint, garlic and pine nuts. Mix.

Place 2-3 tbsp on each slice of bread. l. fillings.

At will, because Pears have a specific taste. Cut half of the crush into thin long slices. Heat the balsamic sauce in a frying pan and simmer the pear slices on both sides until soft.
