Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 60 g

How to make chicken fillet with mayonnaise and cheese? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. If the chicken fillet is frozen, place it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and leave it there until completely defrosted.

Cut the breasts into plates; this is easier to do with a wide, sharp knife. Beat the fillet a little and it is most convenient to do this through the film, so the fillet does not tear and splashes do not fly in all directions. Season the chopped fillet with salt and pepper. If desired, you can sprinkle with other favorite spices, but make sure that they do not overwhelm the taste of the chicken itself.
