Chicken wings 2 kg

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken wings in honey marinade? First of all, prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Remove excess feathers from the wings (if any), wash in cold water and dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the marinade. In a deep small container, add honey, salt, pressed garlic and ground red and black pepper. The amount of each component can be increased or decreased to suit your taste, especially salt and garlic.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix everything thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the wings in a deep, large cup or pan. Add marinade to them.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix everything well so that the marinade is evenly distributed over all the wings. Wrap the cup in cling film (or cover with a lid if using a saucepan). Place the cup in a cool place for some time (an hour, two or more). It’s good if you can leave it to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 6

Step 6
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Stir the wings again and place them in one even layer on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-220 degrees (temperature and time depend on the capabilities of your oven).

Step 7

Step 7
Next, set the grill or convection mode and leave the wings in the oven until browned. If you do not have such modes, then increase the oven temperature quite a bit and bake the wings until fully cooked. Make sure they donʼt burn.

Step 8
Done, ready to serve!
