Garlic Mayo Baked Chicken Thighs

A quick, tasty and satisfying dish for dinner! Mayonnaise is perfect for marinating and baking meat, as it saturates its fibers well. Any part of the chicken can be used for baking, but I suggest cooking chicken thighs in mayonnaise with garlic in the oven. Try it too!

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 100 g
Chicken thighs 800 g

How to bake chicken thighs in mayonnaise with garlic in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse the chicken thighs under running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Peel the onions and garlic and rinse. Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Finely chop the onion. Mix mayonnaise, onion and garlic in a bowl. Add a little salt and spices to taste. For spice I use a little ground pepper and paprika.

Place the prepared chicken thighs in a bowl and coat them well on all sides with mayonnaise sauce. If you have time, let the chicken stand and marinate for 1-2 hours. If not, then you can bake it right away.

For baking, you can use any heat-resistant baking dish. It can be ceramic, glass or metal. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil and place the prepared chicken in it along with all the sauce and onions. Spread the sauce evenly over the entire surface of the chicken. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

During baking, the chicken thighs will brown and become an appetizing golden color. Remove the pan from the oven and serve the thighs hot. You can put them on the table in the form in which they were baked. Or you can put it on plates and add any side dish.
