How to make bulgur with chicken in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any parts of chicken or chicken fillet.

Rinse the chicken under running water and dry with a paper towel. Then cut the chicken into pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chicken pieces over high heat for 2-3 minutes until they begin to brown slightly. Salt the chicken a little. There is no need to cook the chicken until done.

For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Place the fried chicken in a baking dish.

Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and chop. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
