Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt 5 g
Ground black pepper 3 g
Butter 40 g
Carrot 90 g
Bulb onions 55 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
bell pepper 70 g
Dill 7 g
Chicken legs 2 pc

Dice onions, carrots, peppers. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and fry the onion. Add carrots, bell pepper. Salt and pepper. We cooked the vegetables for 8 minutes until half cooked. Turn off and let the vegetables cool.

While the vegetables are cooling, prepare the legs. Carefully remove the bone, leaving a little at the end.

Add grated cheese, garlic, chopped herbs, and butter to the cooled vegetables. Mix well.

Stuff chicken legs with vegetable mixture. We transfer the legs into a baking sleeve and secure the ends well. Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. 20 minutes before readiness, pierce the baking sleeve.
