How to bake chicken breasts with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any mushrooms. I will cook with fresh champignons. Take the cheese that is easy to grate. If the onion is small, take a couple of onions. If it is large, then one will be enough.

First, peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Then chop finely. Wash the champignons, peel and cut into pieces. Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it until hot. Place chopped onions and mushrooms in the pan. Fry everything together for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure nothing burns. Mushrooms can be slightly salted.

Cut the chicken breast fillets lengthwise to create large pieces like these. Beat each piece a little with a kitchen hammer. There is no need to hit it too hard, as chicken meat is very tender and can be easily damaged.
