How to bake chicken fillet in the oven? Prepare your food. This recipe is suitable for chicken breast fillet, but in general you can bake any part of it this way, you just need to change the cooking time. Use any vegetable oil you like or have on hand. I took olive oil. Take a set of spices to your taste; you can increase or decrease the amount of salt.

First of all, prepare the marinade for the fillet. How to make a marinade? Take a small bowl, pour all the spices and salt into it. Pour in vegetable oil and mix the mixture thoroughly.

Wash the meat and dry with paper towels. Place the chicken fillet in a deep bowl and pour in the marinade. Using your hands, rub the marinade into the meat on all sides. Leave the chicken to stand on the counter for about 20 minutes to soak in the marinade. If you have time, you can cover the bowl of meat with film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours — it will be even tastier.

Tear off a long piece of foil and place one fillet on the short side. Turning the sides in, wrap the meat in foil. Do the same with the second piece. To be safe, I wrapped each piece in another layer of foil. This way the juice will definitely not spill out during baking.

Place the meat in foil in a heatproof baking dish. Preheat the oven to 190°C, if it is electric, then select the top-bottom mode.

Bake the fillets for 30-40 minutes, depending on their size and the features of your oven. After time has passed, remove the pan with the meat from the oven and let it cool directly in the foil. That is if you want to use it cold. For a hot dish, serve the fillet immediately with a side dish.
