Salt to taste
Sour cream 100 g
Bulb onions 2 pc
Dry spices to taste

How to make chicken with onions in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. You can use any part of the chicken for baking. Iʼll cook chicken drumsticks. Take large bulbs. Chicken tastes great with onions.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water to remove dirt. Then cut the peeled onion into half rings or slightly smaller. There is no need to cut very finely. Place the chopped onion in the bowl in which you will marinate the chicken.

Rinse the chicken under running water and dry with a paper towel. Then place the chicken in the bowl with the onions. Next add sour cream. Add salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can limit yourself to ground pepper. I added a little more paprika to it.

Thoroughly mix the chicken with onions and sour cream. Leave the chicken to marinate for 1-2 hours.

For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Place the pickled onions in an even layer along the bottom of the baking dish.

Place chicken on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the sheet of foil and leave the chicken to cook in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. During this time it will have time to brown.
