Sour cream 100 g
Hard cheese 70 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Champignon 250 g

How to make julienne with chicken and mushrooms with sour cream in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless chicken meat. You can take breast fillet, thighs or drumsticks. Sour cream can be of any fat content. Choose the cheese to your taste, but it should melt well and grate easily. Mushrooms can be any kind.

Place chicken meat in boiling water and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add some salt. Then remove the finished chicken from the broth.

Cut the chicken meat into pieces.
