Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Thyme, thyme 10 g
Chicken legs 600 g

Sauce:

Garlic 2 clove
Mustard 1 tbsp
Champignon 120 g
Cream 60 ml
White wine 80 ml
Chicken bouillon 200 ml

Place the chicken legs and fry until golden brown.
