Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. How to choose the right chicken wings? It is better to buy chilled wings, since the frozen product is inferior in taste to the chilled one. There should be no bruises or damage on the surface. The color is light pink. Press the flesh with your finger; if the dent does not straighten out quickly, the product is not fresh. A sticky and slippery surface, as well as an unpleasant, sour smell are also a sign of deterioration.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the wings well and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place them in a special baking sleeve.

Step 3

Step 3
Add chicken seasoning and pour 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce. If necessary, add a little salt. Instead of ready-made chicken spices, you can choose a set of suitable seasonings to suit your taste. When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth remembering that it is quite salty. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk oversalting.

Step 4

Step 4
Tie the bag and close it with clips, which are usually included with the baking sleeve. Mix the contents of the bag thoroughly so that the sauce mixture evenly covers the wings in the sleeve. Leave the bag for about 20 minutes. Then transfer the sleeve with wings to a heat-resistant form or baking sheet, in case the bag leaks, and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).

Step 5

Step 5
After about 40 minutes, remove the pan and test the chicken for doneness by cutting the sleeve at the top. If, when you pierce the wing with a knife, a clear liquid comes out, then the dish is ready. You can cut the bag 10-15 minutes before the end of baking, then return the wings to the oven so that they are well browned.
