How to bake chicken breast with cheese in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use onions at your discretion. It can be white, red, shallots. But don’t give it up completely, as it adds juiciness and a piquant touch to the fillet. Mayonnaise can be replaced with thick sour cream. You can use any cheese, but the taste of the finished dish will depend on its type. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Wash the chicken breast, dry with a paper towel and cut into layers. To make slicing more convenient, take a sharp, thin knife and cut, pressing the fillet slightly with your hand.

Place fillet pieces on plastic wrap, spaced apart. Cover with another film and slowly beat the breast. The film will help you not damage the fillet and not stain the entire kitchen and yourself with splashes.

Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the chopped fillet on it. The size of the mold depends on the size of the pounded chicken breast. Pour in a little water, this will allow the fillet to remain juicy.
