Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken legs in sour cream in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any part of the chicken to bake this recipe, but I will bake chicken drumsticks.

Step 2

Step 2
Chicken legs need to be marinated. To do this, place sour cream in a spacious bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. I added a little curry.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel a few cloves of garlic, rinse and pass through a press. Add chopped garlic to the bowl with sour cream. Mix all ingredients together. The amount of garlic depends on your taste. For a more flavorful dish, add more garlic.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the chicken drumsticks in the bowl with the sour cream and mix everything well so that the sour cream evenly covers them on all sides. Leave the legs to marinate for 1 hour.

Step 5

Step 5
To bake, take any heat-resistant pan, grease the bottom and sides with a little vegetable oil. Place the legs in the mold. Spread the remaining sour cream marinade over the legs. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Step 6

Step 6
The finished chicken drumsticks will brown and become an appetizing golden color. If you pierce the stem with a knife, a light juice should appear. If the juice is pink, then the legs are not yet baked. To prevent them from burning, you can cover the top with foil. Ready-made chicken legs can be complemented with any side dish. Bon appetit!
