Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake boneless chicken thighs in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take high-quality, naturally fermented soy sauce. It is better to choose young garlic. In addition to thighs, you can use other parts of the chicken.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the thighs thoroughly, remove pieces of bone from them if necessary, and trim off excess fat if desired. Place the prepared chicken meat into a deep bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the garlic and grate it. You can chop it with a knife, but grated garlic will give off more aroma and taste.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour in soy sauce, add honey, garlic and spices. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. If possible, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight, covering the meat with cling film. About 30 minutes before cooking, turn the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the chicken in a baking dish. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Pour the sauce from the bowl over the meat. Place the pan with the thighs in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Periodically baste the meat with sauce from the bottom of the pan. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.
