Baked French Chicken Fillet with Tomatoes and Cheese

Soft, tasty, juicy, with tomatoes and cheese! French chicken fillet meat is baked in the oven very quickly. Its taste is no worse than the classic dish made from pork. An excellent holiday dish that everyone will enjoy without exception!

Garlic powder to taste

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make French meat from chicken fillet? Prepare your food. You donʼt have to add tomatoes if you donʼt have them, itʼs not a required ingredient. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream. Choose cheese that melts well. I use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, if you want fresh then use two cloves.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the meat and dry with a paper towel. Next, cut the meat into small pieces and beat them.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the fillet pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices, add garlic (dry or freshly chopped) and mix everything well. Leave to marinate, if you have time, then for two hours. If not, up to ten minutes will be enough.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Step 5

Step 5
Place a layer of chopped onions on the bottom of a suitable pan. I donʼt lubricate the form with anything.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the next layer of chopped chicken meat.

Step 7

Step 7
Next comes a layer of tomatoes, cut into large circles.

Step 8

Step 8
The whole thing is completed with a layer of grated cheese mixed with mayonnaise. This is my hack to keep the top crust from getting too hard. Usually they make a layer of mayonnaise and cheese on top. Try mixing them, it will turn out very tasty! Bake in the oven until done, 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. I baked at 200°C for 40 minutes.
