Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 50 g
Chicken (whole carcass) 2 kg

How to bake chicken with garlic in the oven with a crust? Rinse a whole chicken carcass in running water and dry with a paper towel.

Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into a separate bowl.

Coat the chicken carcass evenly with your hands with the resulting mixture. Rub the spices thoroughly into the chicken. Then cover with cling film and let sit for an hour. Before cooking, cover the baking dish with foil and place the chicken carcass. Place the pan with the chicken in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 1.5 hours.
