How to make julienne in buns with mushrooms and chicken? First of all, prepare the ingredients for the filling. I prepared julienne from chicken breast, but you can use fillet from other parts. Take cream with a fat content of 20%, it is best suited for sauce. Cream can be replaced with sour cream 15-20% fat.

Pre-boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then cool the fillet and cut into small cubes.

Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the champignons and fry them over medium heat, stirring until all the liquid has evaporated.

Add chicken and cream to the pan. Salt, pepper and stir. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.

For julienne, take 3-4 small buns, they can be white, rye or whole grain flour, choose to your taste.
