Marinade:

Vegetable oil 60 ml
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Grainy mustard 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, dry garlic and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
