Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 300 ml
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 130 g
bell pepper 2 pc
Greenery to taste
Khmeli-suneli 1 tsp
Turmeric to taste
Ground red pepper 0.33 tsp
Mutton 700 g

We choose fresh lamb meat and prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing the dish.

Cut the lamb meat into small pieces.

Place the meat in a frying pan that has been heated over high heat with vegetable oil, distributing it evenly with a spatula.

Chop the bell pepper and onion.

Add the chopped vegetables to the frying pan with the meat.

Mix all ingredients well in a frying pan and simmer for 25 minutes over medium heat.

Add one teaspoon of hops-suneli, turmeric and salt to taste to the meat and vegetables in the frying pan.

Pour 300 milliliters of water into the frying pan and, closing the lid, continue to simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.

Add 0.33 teaspoon of red pepper and black pepper to the pan to taste. Turn off the stove, close the pan with a lid and let the dish brew for a few minutes.
