Quick Chicken & Zucchini Wok Noodles

Delicious noodles with chicken and vegetables in 30 minutes! I love this dish because it can be transformed beautifully depending on your taste preferences or the season of the year. If you like meat more, you can easily increase the meat component of the dish (or even replace chicken with pork or beef), if you like vegetables more, you can add more vegetables (green beans, small broccoli florets, etc. are perfect for this dish) .d.)

Chicken breasts (small) 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Sesame to taste
Udon noodles 150 g
Teriyaki sauce 10 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare all the ingredients, wash and peel the vegetables, and put the water in the kettle to boil. Letʼs marinate the chicken. To do this, cut it into small pieces or strips, put it in a bowl and pour in a mixture of 3 tablespoons of teryaki sauce and 3 crushed cloves of garlic, mix thoroughly and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Step 2
Letʼs do the vegetables. Cut the zucchini, carrots and bell peppers into long strips of medium thickness.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour the water from the kettle into the pan, after boiling, throw the noodles into it and cook according to the instructions on the package.

Step 4

Step 4
Letʼs take a large and deep frying pan, preferably a wok, I donʼt have one, so I take an ordinary deep saucepan. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, heat it up, add the chicken, stir-fry it over high heat until half cooked. Our meat is marinated and thin, so it will cook very quickly, literally in 3-4 minutes

Step 5

Step 5
Add our chopped vegetables to the meat and fry over high heat. Vegetables should remain al dente, i.e. keep its shape and not turn into a stew. Cook until the carrots become soft, usually frying takes no more than 7 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Add the noodles to the meat and vegetables, add a few more spoons of teriyaki sauce to taste. If you like spicy food, with a lot of sauce, then you can add another 7-8 tablespoons of sauce, if you don’t like spicy food or are preparing a dish with Teriyaki for the first time, then you can limit yourself to 3-4 spoons. Mix all ingredients well, heat for another 1 minute, turn off the heat. You can leave the dish to soak in the sauce for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the noodles with vegetables and chicken on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame seeds can be pre-fried in a separate frying pan, without oil, for literally 1 minute until lightly browned. Bon appetit!
