Chicken breasts 400 g
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp

How to make sauce with chicken breast? Measure out the ingredients you need. Instead of chicken, you can use turkey breasts or any other meat fillet of your choice.

Clean the chicken fillet, rinse, dry and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Remove the garlic and you can throw it away, we only need garlic oil. At this stage, you can fry the onions cut into half rings in oil. I donʼt like it, so I donʼt add it.

Place chicken fillet in the same frying pan and fry until golden brown, stirring everything with a spatula. Keep the heat medium or below medium.
