Chicken eggs 2 pc

Garlic 4 clove

How to make chicken zrazy with mushrooms? Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 4 parts. Peel the garlic. Pour milk over the bread, let it brew for a while and squeeze out the excess liquid. Now you need to make minced meat from the prepared ingredients. To do this, pass chicken meat, onions, garlic and bread through a meat grinder. But there is another option: put it all in a blender bowl and grind. Beat the eggs into the prepared mixture.

Wash the mushrooms, chop and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, stirring over medium heat. After 3 minutes, add the onions to the mushrooms and fry together for a couple more minutes.
