How to fry chicken with garlic in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For frying, you can use any parts of the chicken or use a whole chicken, like I did. You can use any spices according to your taste and availability. I take ground black pepper and spices for the chicken.

Rinse the chicken under running water and dry with a paper towel. If there is excess water left on the chicken, it will begin to splatter with fat when frying, but we don’t want that! Chop the chicken carcass into portions.

Use a wide pan so that the chicken can be placed in one layer. Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil onto it. Place prepared chicken pieces. Fry them over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Over high heat, the pieces will immediately begin to fry and become crusty. Now cover the frying pan with a lid, turn the heat down a little and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Turn the chicken periodically so that it cooks more evenly inside. If the heat is minimal, the chicken will begin to soften and you won’t get a tasty fried crust.

At the end of cooking, sprinkle the chicken with salt and spices.

Add a couple of cloves of chopped garlic. Warm the chicken with garlic, uncovered, for a couple more minutes. This time will be enough for the garlic to impart its flavor to the chicken. Fried chicken with garlic is ready! Place on plates and serve hot. Can be topped with any sauce. Bon appetit!
