Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a classic omelette with milk in a frying pan? Very simple and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. It is better to use milk and eggs at room temperature, because salt does not dissolve well in a cold mixture. Instead of vegetable oil, you can use butter to grease the pan.

Step 2

Step 2
Break the eggs into a deep bowl. If the eggs are small, take 4 pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour in the milk. Salt everything. Use finely ground salt. Large crystals may not dissolve well and then crunch on the teeth

Step 4

Step 4
Whisk until smooth. There is no need to beat the mixture vigorously. In general, you should try to stir so that as few large bubbles form on the surface as possible. It is enough for the white and yolk to combine with the milk and for the salt to dissolve.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the pan. Please note that the diameter and thickness of the finished omelette directly depends on the size of your frying pan. My frying pan diameter is 22 cm, it can be larger or smaller. Reduce heat to low and fry the omelette for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Then cover the pan with a lid and fry the omelette for another 3-4 minutes until cooked.

Step 7

Step 7
Transfer the omelette to a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately while hot. Bon appetit!
