Lemon juice 0.5 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 50 ml
Grainy mustard 1 tbsp

How to fry trout in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need. The trout itself can be small — the weight of a whole fish is about 300 g. Or it can be large, like mine. Clean the fish from scales. Cut off the fins, remove the entrails and wash thoroughly in running water. Dry. Cut the fish into portions about 2 cm thick.

How to make a marinade for juicy trout? Take all the necessary ingredients. You can use any vegetable oil you like. I took unscented sunflower.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil and grainy mustard.

Mix everything thoroughly so that the vegetable oil is completely mixed with the soy sauce.

Place the trout steaks in a large bowl and pour over the marinade. Leave our fish to marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and place the trout steaks on it. Fry over medium heat, covered for 3 minutes. When I put the fish in the pan, I poured 2-3 tbsp on it. l. sauce in which it was marinated.
