Sugar 70 g
Lemon juice 0.5 tsp
Vanillin 2 g
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Cream 100 ml

We prepare the ingredients, remove all products from the refrigerator in advance.

We make the base from the dough. Grind butter with sugar.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Add a little water so that the dough does not crumble. There is no need to knead the dough for a long time; it should be soft. You can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then it will be more elastic.

But you can immediately start working with it while it is soft and pliable. Grease the mold with oil. And with our hands we carefully stretch the dough along the bottom of the pan, forming small sides. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the dough base for about 7 minutes.
