Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 80 g
Ham 100 g
Veal 600 g

Breading:

Milk 4 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 100 g

How to make classic cordon bleu with ham and cheese? We will need: 600 g of veal or beef pulp; 100 g ham; 80 g cheese; ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the beef into slices no more than 1 cm thick.

Place cling film or a plastic bag on the meat and beat with a hammer until the slice becomes thin. Beat on one side only, so as not to damage the integrity of the meat piece. After all, then melted cheese will flow through it.
