Ingredients (60 portions)

Basic:

Garlic (crushed) 200 g
Tomatoes 2.5 kg
Salt 0.25 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Apples (Antonovka) 1 kg
Carrot 1 kg
Vinegar (9%) 1 cup
bell pepper 1 kg
Hot pepper 7 pc
Sunflower oil 1 cup

Coarsely chop tomatoes, apples, carrots, hot peppers

Core the bell pepper and chop it too.

When all the components are cut, pass everything through a meat grinder

Next, put everything in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour, then add spices and mix thoroughly. Then remove from the stove and add crushed garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt and sunflower oil, mix thoroughly and cover with a plastic lid. Instead of chilli pepper, you can use ground hot pepper 1 pc = 1 tsp.
