Homemade grape vinegar. Fermentation times may vary. Ideally 22-30 degrees. I make this vinegar every fall. It runs out quickly and is sorted out by relatives.

Ingredients (40 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 70 g
Water 500 ml
Grape 1 kg
Yeast 8 g

Wash the grapes.

Separate the berries from the branches.

Grind with a blender.

Pour into a jar. I have a 10 liter jar, I make it for 5 kg. grapes

Then boil water and cool to room temperature. Stir sugar and yeast in water.

Pour into grapes and stir.

Cover the jar with a wine lid and pour water into the lid. We put it in a warm place for 2-3 weeks for fermentation. Every day we stir our future vinegar and add water to the lid. Until it stops wandering.
