Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork in sour cream sauce with mushrooms in a frying pan? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. What meat can you take besides pork? Any. Beef, lamb, chicken or turkey will do. But keep in mind that the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the meat, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry — it will stew. Cut into not very large pieces. Pork needs no bones, just pulp. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, tenderloin, etc. I have a ham.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the mushrooms and dry. Cut into halves or quarters depending on size. If possible, choose young and fresh champignons. In addition to champignons, you can use any other mushrooms to taste. But they may have to be boiled first, especially if they are fresh wild mushrooms.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the pork and fry, stirring, until golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Add mushrooms to the meat. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the meat and mushrooms are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Reduce heat to low. This way the sour cream will not curdle due to high temperatures. Add sour cream of any fat content. Salt, pepper and mix everything. I also added a pinch of suneli hops for taste. This spice gives the dish an amazing taste.

Step 8

Step 8
Simmer over low heat, covered, for 5-10 minutes until the pork and mushrooms are soft. The exact simmering time may vary slightly from that indicated. It depends on the size of the meat pieces, the heat strength and the pan itself.

Step 9

Step 9
Sprinkle the finished pork with mushrooms with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
