Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Milk (2-3 tbsp. l.) 2 tbsp
Sour cream 150 g
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Beef liver 400 g

Combine sour cream with tomato paste and mix.

Wash the liver, dry it and cut it into small cubes.

Place the sour cream and tomato mixture in a frying pan and pour in the milk. Simmer over low heat until desired consistency.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the liver in it for 5-7 minutes with constant stirring.

Do not add salt to the liver while frying, as it will lose its softness.
