Hearty Meat Sauce Pasta

A great everyday dish. Gather the whole family around the table! Pasta with gravy with meat is a dish from my, and not only my, childhood. If desired, it can be supplemented with fried onions. It’s as simple to do as possible, but it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Pasta 300 g
Salt to taste

Gravy:

Salt to taste
Beef 400 g
Meat broth 750 ml
Bay leaf 2 pc
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Parsley to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

How to make pasta with gravy? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the meat in running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

Salt and pepper the meat, sprinkle with flour, mix well and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can use any spices, depending on your taste.

Pour 3 cups of meat broth or water into a frying pan with delicious tomato pasta sauce, stir, add bay leaf, cover and simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours.
