Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 clove
Salt 3 tsp
Water 50 ml
Sour cream (no more than 15%) 350 g
Bay leaf 1 pc
Chicken breasts 2 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Dill to taste
Starch 2 tbsp
Ground pepper mixture 1 tsp

How to make chicken stewed in sour cream? Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the onion and cut into medium cubes.

Finely chop the dill.

Dilute starch in 50 ml of cold water.

Combine sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Stir. If the sour cream is fatty, add 100 ml of water.

Cut the chicken into portions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
